Covid-19 Update – Stage 2 Reopening
Nova Friends & Families
As you are well aware, we have had to transition to online virtual classes for the last 5 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have been having a great time online and have made a lot of progress in our songs and levels, but also itching and awaiting when we can finally return to in-person classes.
We have been slowly putting things in place to allow us to open our doors for in-person classes and will slowly start to allow students to return. We ask that if you are considering returning for in-person classes that you make note of the following:
Studio Protocol
We have implemented additional cleaning procedures and requirements to ensure the safety of students, teachers, and parents.
- Students are asked to fill out a Liability Waiver before returning to any in-person classes.
- Screening questions will be posted at the entrance. If you do not meet the screening requirements we ask that you kindly arrange a Virtual Lesson at this time.
- Instruments, benches, rails and door handles will be wiped down between students
Classes available Indoors
- Masks are mandatory unless you are a vocal student
- Voice students will be asked to sing behind a barrier
- Must answer NO to the screening questions posted at the door
- Use sanitizer upon entering the facility
- Teacher and students will maintain physical distancing while indoors
Classes available Outdoors
A studio has been set up in the garage to allow of open flow of air and reduced touch points.
